In recent years, more and more citizens here would like to travel abroad. In 1995, the number of people who would like to travel abroad was 10000, which increased to nearly 40000 in 20xx. And in 20xx, the number further climbed above 12,000. there are several reasons for the shocking rise.

the improvement of the economic conditions is probably the main reason for it. People do not need to worry about their diet and various other necessities. After visiting famous scenic spots throughout our country, the citizens’ taste has changed, with support of enough finance.

Moreover, enhancement of personal capacity is becoming more and more a requirement for those who want to make GREater success.

With the development of economy and technology, citizens begin to take advantage of different foreign products as well as education. Since most citizens have got used to their life at home, traveling abroad becomes one of the easiest ways to have direct contact with exotic cultures.

Many advantages as traveling abroad may bring to us, it may also bring about many disadvantages. For instance, there are many elites who have ever traveled abroad may be attracted by the nicer living and researching conditions abroad and thus never return, which is really a pity to our nation.

Comparatively speaking, traveling abroad is a serious decision to make. Maybe, look before you leap is better.

I have come back from the USA. From my diary you will know that I’ve been to many places in the States and I’ve tried different means of transportation. Here is a list:

I have taken the subway to the Central Park and I have enjoyed the beautiful views there.

I have taken a ferry to Liberty Island and I have visited the Statue of Liberty.

I have taken a bike to Chinatown and I have eaten different kinds of Chinese food.

I have flied to San Francisco and I have walked on the Golden Gate Bridge.

When it comes to the issue of Arizona, I cannot always help imagining the beautiful views of Arizona where I am dreaming of travelling for a long time.

Arizona is a state of the United States which is located in the southwestern region of America.

Though it is not a so well-known state like Washington or California, you won’t be unfamiliar with Phoenix Suns, one of professional famous NBA team. And Phoenix is the capital of Arizona. Besides, Arizona is also famous for its baseball and football.

There are many unique types of scenery in Arizona. The most famous one is the Grand Canyon which is viewed as one of the seven natural wonders in the world.

Besides, it is largely contained in the Grand Canyon National Park---one of the first national parks in the United States.

In addition, Arizona is the home of one of the most well-preserved meteorite impact sites in the world. The Meteor Crater is a gigantic hole caused by meteorite. Moreover, Arizona’s desert landscape is worth seeing.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the largest airport and the major international airport in the state, is located in Arizona. So we don’t need to be worried about the transportation problems. By the way, Arizona’s public transit system is well-developed.

In a word, Arizona is a nice place to travel. I am strongly eager to visit it. I hope this day will come in the near future.

For one thing, in the contemporary world, China is characterized by its prosperity and boom in economy, which enables more Chinese families to possess additional money to afford traveling to other nations. For another, it is such overseas trips that ensure them to acquire more knowledge and feel different cultures or customs. So, we often say that if one intends to feel various cultures, it is advisable for him or her to travel around the world.

I am a college student and I am convinced that it is of great necessity for youngsters to visit and see other cultures, if we can afford the trips. Of course, we should educate and encourage our friends and classmates to maintain China’s reputation when traveling.
